1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WebSage Agency website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services We Offer

WebSage Agency provides the following digital services:

• Custom WordPress website design and development
• Shopify e-commerce store setup and customisation
• Search engine optimisation (SEO) and digital marketing
• Landing page design and development
• Brand identity and graphic design

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed upon between WebSage Agency and the client before work begins.

3. Project Agreements

Before starting any project, both parties will agree on the following:

• Scope of Work: A clear description of what will be delivered, including features, pages, and functionality.
• Timeline: An estimated delivery schedule with key milestones.
• Revisions: The number of revision rounds included in the project fee. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 50% of the total project fee) is required before work begins.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the final files or access credentials are handed over.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods agreed upon in advance.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension until the outstanding balance is settled.

5. Client Responsibilities

To keep projects on track, clients are expected to:

• Provide all required content (text, images, branding materials) in a timely manner.
• Respond to feedback requests and approval milestones within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the project.

Delays caused by late content delivery or unresponsiveness may extend the project timeline.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables (website files, design assets, etc.).
• WebSage Agency retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
• Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their own licensing terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

WebSage Agency shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from website downtime, hosting issues, or third-party service failures.
• Issues caused by client modifications made after project delivery without our involvement.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice.
• If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers time and resources already invested.
• Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be delivered to the client.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This includes business strategies, login credentials, and unpublished content.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
